When we started in 2021 our passion for wellness & healing drove us to expand our healing horizons beyond just the scope of pharmacy practice, to include all different kinds of therapies and modalities. Now we serve customers all over the whole world, and are thrilled to share our passion with you.
My name is Elena and I am a medicine woman. I love helping people and science, so I became a pharmacist in 2011. On my medicine journey I found that there are so many more ways to heal than prescription drugs and western medicine. Ways which start at the source: like diet and nutrition, exercise, your headspace and mental health, and so on. Natural methods can then be complemented by natural remedies and alternative therapies.
In 2020, I was working in a retail pharmacy during the pandemic and my stress hit an all time high. My poor habits in diet, exercise, stress management and more led me to my lowest point. I was depressed and I was diagnosed with PCOS. My face was covered in acne, and I was embarassed to leave my house. When I did, I was almost happy to hide behind a surgical mask. When I learned I had PCOS it was a scary and lonely experience, but it doesn’t have to be for you. The doctor told me my only option was to take birth control and sent me off with a prescription. As a health care professional that just didn’t sit right with me. Anti contraceptives wreaked havoc on my body, mind, and hormones for years in the past and I chose not to take it ever again. Instead I spent months researching clinical studies, going down rabbit holes, trying elimination diets, which finally led me to find many more options for women like you and me.
Once I started managing my PCOS my way, with diet, exercise, and supplements I started to see the transformation in just two weeks. My face was so badly covered in acne I dreaded leaving the house, and just one month later I completely stopped wearing making and hiding my face. I was so excited and couldn’t wait to tell my story in hopes that it would help so many women just like me.
In 2021, I traveled the world seeking and expanding my learnings of ancient wisdoms, and became certified in modalities such as herbalism, yoga, and reiki to support my practice and my own healing. I’m here to share my knowledge, inspiration, good energy and love with you all.
